Tuesday – 5:30 am, 9 am, 4:30 pm, 6 pm
Wednesday – 5:30 am, 9 am, 4:30 pm and 6 pm
Thursday – 5:30 am, 9 am, 4:30 pm, and 7:15 pm
Friday – 5:30 am, 9 am, and 4:30 pm and 6 pm
Saturday – 8:30 am and 10 am
Tuesday at 7:15 PM
Thursday at 6PM (Intro to Strongman)
Saturday at 7:00 AM
This is an advanced class. All attendees must have completed a minimum of one month of our regular boot camp program before attending.
Instructors will make the final decision if a client is ready to participate or not.
