Andrew McConaha

Andrew McConaha, co-owner of Train for Life, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Andrew was born and raised in Chicopee, MA and graduated from the University of Massachusetts in 2008 with a bachelors of science in Kinesiology with a minor in Biology. He also currently holds certifications through Functional Movement Screen, Ultimate Sandbag DVRT Level 1, Training for Warriors Level 1, AAAI/ISMA Yoga Phase 1 and American Heart Association First Aid/CPR/AED He has been passionate about sports and movement since a young age, always involved in baseball, basketball or football. Since 2008, Andrew has worked with a wide variety of clients from hard working moms to NFL combine hopefuls.

Jordan Marshall

Born and raised in Chicopee, MA, Jordan grew up with a love for dancing and aspired to be a math teacher for many years before finding her way into the fitness industry. Through her journey with her own personal weight loss and desire to be strong AND beautiful, Jordan works diligently to motivate her clients to find the same love for health, wellness and strength. Jordan holds certifications through the HKC, as a kettlebell instructor, Ultimate Sandbag DVRT Level 1 Instructor, Training for Warriors Level 1 Instructor and American Heart Association First Aid/CPR/AED. Jordan is passionate about her favorite tool of choice, the kettlebell, and changing individuals way of life through nutrition and wellness. She believes in balance of enjoying life while having a healthy relationship with food and exercise.

Whether your goal is weight loss or training for your favorite sport, we will be bring you a functional approach to training that gets your body moving the way it was intended to. By focusing on movements rather than muscle groups, Train for Life will use implements such as sleds, kettlebells, suspension training, medicine balls, your own body weight and more to train your body for your sport and life. In life, we already sit to much as it is. We need to get our bodies up and moving to achieve strength and balance on the field and in life.
